Samples

We recommend purchasing a sample before you order so can can be make sure you have chosen the right design for you. DIY samples can be purchased online. Ready Made samples are charged at £5.00 each including postage and packaging to UK mainland addresses only.

Changes to our designs can be made upon request, usually for no extra charge. We reserve the right to increase the price of samples if we need to source new materials or if a large amount of re-designing is involved.

We cannot accept responsibility for any variation between the colours on the website and the actual samples although we always do our best to represent them as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse to send samples if we suspect they are for anything other than personal use. 

Production Time (Ready Made)

When you are ready to order please contact us to check that production time is available. We usually need at least 6 weeks notice. (although sometimes we can produce an order sooner if it is needed urgently so please ask) There may be an aditional charge for express orders to cover the cost of getting in extra help. This will be advised at the time of ordering if it is applicable.

When you have placed an order we will send you an order schedule so that you will know when to expect things from us and when we need things from you ie.  wording for Order of Service and layout for Table Plans. It is important you give us these on time as we cannot accept responsibility for uncompleted orders if we do not receive vital information early enough. 

Deposit / Payment (Ready Made)

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when you place your order. The remaining balance is due at least one week before the order is delivered. No items are delivered until payment has been received and cleared. Payment is in Pound Sterling and can be made by cheque or by direct transfer (please request our account detals. We regret we can only handle orders form the EU.

If the order totals less than £50 payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

Proofs (Ready Made)

Once the deposit has been received we will then send you proofs. If you have ordered samples and do not wish to change any aspect of the design then proofs for wording may be sent online to save paper and time. Once you are happy with the proofs we require a signed acknowledgment.

It is your responsibility to check proofs for wording and spelling mistakes. We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes noticed after the proofs have been approved by you.

Designs

All designs and images are the copyright of Evanstone invitations. All rights reserved. Slight variations in the product may occur due to the hand crafted nature of the stationery. Occasionally there may be slight colour variations in the printed papers (such as with batches of wallpaper) which is beyond our control. We cannot take responsibility for any affects the aging process or damp and humid conditions may have on our products.

Delivery

Most orders are charged at £9.50 per delivery made to mainland UK. Larger orders may be more depending on weight. A signature will be required though we can deliver to work addresses if requested. Overseas order: please request a quote.

Cancellation

If you cancel an order once production has started you will be charged accordingly depending on how much materials have been used. The 50% deposit is non-refundable although we may be able to refund part of it at our discretion, again depending on what materials have been ordered / used.
